Wrong Item Received: The product received is not the correct model, size, or color that you ordered.

Shipping Damage: The product is cracked, dented, or severely damaged during transit.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a deep clearance promotion.

Products that have been used, soiled, or damaged due to customer misuse.

Personal hygiene products or pet care items that have been unsealed/used for safety and hygiene reasons.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs

Errors by OG Trends: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs if the error is due to a manufacturer defect or incorrect item shipment.

Personal Reasons: For returns due to a change of mind or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for paying the two-way shipping fees.
